The Newcastle Centre of Excellence in Cardio-Oncology recently celebrated an important milestone, with two of our talented early-career researchers successfully completing their PhDs.
Dr Joshua Bennetts and Dr Amanda Croft have now graduated and are embarking on the next stage of their research careers as Postdoctoral Researchers. Throughout their doctoral studies, both made significant contributions to advancing knowledge in cardio-oncology and cardiovascular research, demonstrating exceptional dedication, expertise and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
We are delighted that Joshua and Amanda will continue their research journeys within the Centre. Their ongoing work will help drive innovation, strengthen our research programmes and contribute to the development of new evidence that improves the cardiovascular care of people living with and beyond cancer.
